Heal with Energy Work

 

 

The Energy Healing Arts apply to a broad spectrum of modalities, stemming from ancient wisdom teachings of many cultures to the scientific theories of quantum physics. Together, both ancient wisdom and science meet in the view that we occupy one large "sea of energy". In this hyperdimensional universe, we may come to find through our instinctual perceptions that we are multidimensional beings. We may come to understand the Dali Lama's words that we do find the "universe in a single atom," and so we have the universe within us. 

 

In the ancient wisdom tradition, it is recognized there is a universal source energy that is inherent in all "living" things and is the "pulse" of life.  Hands-on healing modalities such as Acupressure, Reiki, and Jīn Shin Jyutsu (R) recognize there are places in the body that promote healing; our hands have an energetic polarity (like batteries); the intention we carry in our heart (an organ with the largest EMF field) can move energy; the breath which carries our essence and rhythm can ground and center us. These are all natural tools for healing; we come to discover that we too can move energy in another being who occupies our universal "sea of energy" and is not separate from us at all.

 

How can Energy Work help you?

 

Healing tools and instruments (both modern-day and primitive) let us tap into the healing modalities of sound and vibration.

 

Drums and rattles, used in Shamanic and Asian traditions, can stimulate different parts of the brain and organ function.

 

Tuning forks, presumably used for healing, appear in a number of ancient Egyptian wall paintings.

Today we can apply tuning forks to the body and send vibrations to clear meridians, the known energy pathways in the body.

 

Many healing modalities today also focus on color through the subtle energy field of the body's chakra system. The chakras, spinning vortexes of energy, down the center of our body, are associated with a set of colors, creating the aura of our anatomy and maybe our destiny.

 

There is also the art of Astrology, which when applied to healing, provides us another way to look at our energetic blueprint and how we can work our blueprint to balance our energy through the challenges of our lifetime.
